Spontane Protestkundgebung vor der deutschen Botschaft in Wien
Heute Nacht (14.11) fand vor der deutschen Botschaft in Wien zwischen Mitternacht und 1:30 eine spontane Protestkundgebung statt. Der Protest formierte sich aufgrund der Räumungen fünf deutscher Universitäten. Nach der exekutionellen Auflösung der Proteste der Studierenden in Münster, Marburg, Darmstadt, Tübingen und der gestern geräumten Universität Bielefeld, wo auch BesetzerInnen durch die Exekutive verletzt wurden, setzen die österreichischen Protestierenden damit ein Zeichen der Solidarität.
Die Studierenden skandieren: “Wir sind hier und wir sind laut, weil man in Deutschland Studis haut”. Aus Rücksichtnahme auf die Anwohner zogen die Studierenden nach mehreren Runden um die deutsche Botschaft zur TU Wien weiter. Die TeilnehmerInnenzahl wird auf 150 sich solidarisierende Studierende geschätzt. Lobend muss auch die beispielhafte Arbeit der Wiener Polizei erwähnt werden, welche die Sicherheit der Portestierenden zu jedem Zeitpunkt gewährleistete.
